The QRS-Tracks and Apple Watch App offer a convenient solution for capturing music compositions and ideas on the go, regardless of the instrument or voice being used. The captured content can then be stored securely on the music-oriented platform QRS-Connect.com.
This tool enables music creators to swiftly document their work along with additional contextual data without the need for elaborate studio setups or relying solely on Apple Voice Memos. The audio files are automatically named and stored in a dedicated cloud account at QRS-Connect.com for future reference.
Presently, the app’s primary feature involves recording audio paired with relevant biometric data that enhances performance insights. Users can effortlessly upload these recordings from their iPhone or Apple Watch to the qrs-connect.com platform where they can be played back, accompanied by graphical depictions detailing changes in performance metrics like movement, heart rate, and location over time.
Moreover, all data is meticulously organized with automated naming, saving, and archiving processes, facilitating easy retrieval, analysis, sharing, and comment exchange. Users have the flexibility to manage track visibility to suit individual preferences, whether for personal use or for sharing within specific groups or followers on QRS-Connect.com.
The app integrates with the Health app to access users' heart rate and step count during audio recordings and uses location services to map the user's movements throughout the recording process. Motion data is also utilized to capture device movements during recording sessions.
